Manish Wadhwa, MD FHRS FACC
CEO
Dr. Wadhwa is a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with over two decades of clinical experience in San Diego. He co-founded Geneva Health Solutions, the industry's first cloud-based cardiac implantable device & data management platform, later acquired by BioTelemetry, where he served as Chief Medical Officer. He most recently served as CMO for the Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics division, and has served on advisory boards for major device companies.

Jeremy Martinson, MBA
COO/CFO
20+ years of experience as CFO/COO of multiple startup companies and established small businesses. Expertise in oversight of firm fiscal function, regulatory compliance, and implementing the expansion and systematization of processes and operations. CFO/COO Geneva Healthcare Solutions ($65M exit 2019).

James Kim, MD
CMO
A board-certified cardiologist, holds a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from the University of Michigan and completed medical training at the University of Chicago with a cardiology fellowship at UC San Diego. As Chief Medical Officer of SummaCor and Department Chair at Sharp Chula Vista, he advances cardiovascular care. With expertise in cardiac devices, digital health, and biotech, Dr. Kim has published extensively and lectured internationally, bridging technology, research, and clinical medicine.

Mark Glindmeyer
CTO
A 2015 Mechanical Engineering graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology, Mark is a dedicated engineer and innovative developer. At SummaCor, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the LCAPP as well as SummaCor's other technologies, contributing expertise in mechanical design and problem-solving to drive impactful solutions.
